Job Description

Are you a Project Manager experienced in managing Ground-Up & Interiors for Commercial, Industrial & Multifamily projects greater than $10M? Or, are you Project Manager with a GC looking to get into the owner/developer side of the business? If you've answered "yes" to either, let's chat!

Our client is one of the most respected and reputable GCs in the greater Windsor area that also manages its own development portfolio. Their development properties are subcontracted out as they do not self-perform their own work and boast a portfolio of Mid-Rise Condos, Hotels, Retail, Industrial and Corporate Office projects.

95% of their business is from repeat clients and have had to recently turn down a good number of projects due to the influx of work they already have on the books. Therefore, they're looking for 1-2 solid PMs to join the team to help take on more business and continue growing the company!

• 5+ years of Ground-Up & Interiors for projects greater than $10M.
• Busy, Mid-Sized GC with a portfolio of Ground-Up & Interior projects within the Multifamily, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
• Opportunity to collaborate with, and have direct visibility to, the leadership team.
• Location: Windsor, ON
• Salary: $90K - $130K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
